Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.
Please use our contact page to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product. Once the wine is received we will refund the credit card used for purchase for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling.
Wine Club Membership Cancellation
There is no fee to join our wine clubs. Upon joining you commit to receiving the first scheduled shipment after you enroll. Your wine club membership will be active until you notify us to cancel your membership via email or our contact form. We must receive your wine club membership cancelation prior to the month of shipment. Use our contact page to cancel by the last day of the month prior to the shipment month. You may also put your membership on hold via the same contact page.
We are unable to refund a wine club order once it has been shipped.
